The Tec 6100 is a very high output hot melt applicator designed to tackle demanding industrial applications. Using a combination of electrical and pneumatic power, the Tec 6100 can apply adhesive consistently using a single trigger pull, reducing operator fatigue. Working in tandem with the selection of 43mm tecbond adhesives, the Tec 6100 has the power to work continuously with almost zero downtime.

The Tec 6100 is the industrial-grade hot melt adhesive applicator designed for operators who need a constant bead of hot melt adhesive, on-demand, without having to repeatedly pull the trigger. Using compressed air to power the feed mechanism both improves the overall output and takes the effort out of the application.

Designed to work with 43mm adhesive slugs, the Tec 6100 has an output of 4.1kg per hour while weighing only 1.4kg. The easy-click trigger requires very little effort to pull and can be held down to constantly dispense adhesive.
