The Tec 3500 is a high output, industrial level hot melt applicator designed to tackle any application and work all day with no downtime. Primarily used in the construction, foundry core, and precast industries, the Tec 3500 comes with a set of specific temperature modules so you can tailor the temperature to suit your application needs.

The Tec 3500 is an extremely high output 43mm hot melt adhesive applicator designed to tackle any application and work all day with no downtime. Pound for pound, it is one of the most powerful non-pneumatic adhesive applicators on the market.

Guaranteeing precise temperature control, the Tec 3500 comes with a selection of plug-in modules from 130°C to 215°C that automatically change the internal heater temperature. Not only does this ensure optimal conditions for the bonding application, but depending on the adhesive used, these modules can change the bonding properties of the grade to suit the job at hand.
