The Tec 7300 is an extremely high output hot melt applicator designed to dispense 43mm adhesive slugs in a swirl/spiral pattern. A user-friendly and safer alternative to conventional solvent-based spray adhesives, the Tec 7300 features a speed loader for faster reloading, with a spray pattern allowing operators to cover a larger area much faster than with traditional bead applicators.

Spray with Confidence with the Tec 7300

The Tec 7300 takes the concept of the Tec 6300 to the next level. The highest output applicator from Power Adhesives, the Tec 7300 has a more powerful heating system and utilises compressed air to power the adhesive feed mechanism. This air is then released through specially designed nozzles to create a vortex around the bead of adhesive to form a spiral.

Unlike regular spray adhesives, this Tec 7300 doesn’t require any solvents or VOCs to create these patterns, removing the need for users to wear respiratory PPE. The extruded pattern is also much cooler when applied, meaning it can be used on heat-sensitive substrates without burning or causing damage.

Designed to work with 43mm adhesive slugs, the Tec 7300 has an output 5.25kg per hour whilst covering a wider surface area in the process. The easy-click trigger requires very little effort to pull and can be held down to constantly dispense adhesive.

Featuring removable base for better access into tight areas, a 3m attached power cable that allows freedom of movement, and a selection of compressor extension leads, the Tec 7300 is the ultimate tool in hot melt adhesive application.
