The Tec 7100 is an extremely high output hot melt applicator for use in applications where the operator requires consistent adhesive with minimal to no downtime. Using a combination of electrical and pneumatic power, and featuring a speed loader for faster reloading, the Tec 7100 can apply adhesive consistently using a single trigger pull, reducing operator fatigue. Working in tandem with the selection of 43mm Tecbond adhesives, the Tec 7100 is the most powerful and robust hot melt bead applicator on the market.

The Tec 7100 is the highest output bead glue gun on the market today. Designed for operators who need a constant supply of hot melt adhesive, the Tec 7100 has a single-click trigger, removing the need to repeatedly pull the trigger to dispense adhesive. Using compressed air to power the feed mechanism, it both improves the overall output as well as taking the effort out of application.

To complement its high output, the Tec 7100 features the speed loader mechanism, allowing the user to add three additional adhesive slugs to the gun so the feed mechanism can be quickly and easily reloaded when you’re out of glue.

Designed to work with 43mm adhesive slugs, the Tec 7100 has an output 5kg per hour thanks to the improved heating system, whilst only weighing a kilo more than the Tec 6100. The easy-click trigger requires very little effort to pull and can be held down to constantly dispense adhesive.

Featuring removable base for better access into tight areas, a 3m attached power cable that allows freedom of movement, and a selection of compressor extension leads, the Tec 7100 is the solution for the most testing applications with hot melt adhesives.
