The Tec 6300 is a hot melt applicator designed to dispense 43mm adhesive slugs in a swirl/spiral pattern. A user-friendly and safer alternative to conventional solvent-based spray adhesives, the Tec 6300 uses a combination of electrical and pneumatic power to form the spray pattern, allowing operators to cover a larger area much faster than with traditional bead applicators.

Mastering spray adhesives with hot melt

The Tec 6300 is the world-leading hot melt spray applicator that uses compressed air to form spray patterns. Compressed air powers the adhesive feed mechanism and then released through specially designed nozzles to create a vortex around the bead of adhesive to form a spiral.

Unlike regular spray adhesives, this Tec 6300 doesn’t require any solvents or VOCs to create these patterns, removing the need for users to wear respiratory PPE. The extruded pattern is also much cooler when applied, meaning it can be used on heat-sensitive substrates without burning or causing damage.

Wider surface coverage

Designed to work with 43mm adhesive slugs, the Tec 6300 has an output 4.2kg per hour, matching the output of the 6100, but covering a wider surface area in the process. The easy-click trigger requires very little effort to pull and can be held down to constantly dispense adhesive.

Featuring removable base for better access into tight areas, a 3m attached power cable that allows freedom of movement, and a selection of compressor extension leads, the Tec 6300 is the ideal applicator for large area applications.
