The Tec 808 is a high-performance cordless 12mm hot melt applicator designed to tackle more challenging applications across a number of professional and industrial sectors. Doubling the output and efficiency of the Tec 308, the Tec 808 is the go-to hot melt tool for operators in the construction, product assembly, and flooring industries.

Experience the freedom of bonding without the restriction of a power cable. The Tec 808 runs on the popular 18V Ryobi battery system * but can run on different 18–20V batteries when used with a battery adapter.

Taking just three minutes to reach full temperature, the Tec 808 not only lets you start jobs quicker but will run all day with minimal downtime.

The high melt rate of 2kg per hour at optimal temperature for the adhesive used ensures efficient adhesive flow, while its low weight of just 580g (without battery) reduces fatigue over long periods of use.

To conserve battery life, the Tec 808 has two power settings: full power mode for maximum temperature and melt rate, and eco mode to extend battery life.
